Find out more about the protocol applicable from 9 August 2021

Hello, we are delighted to welcome you to the Rives du Lot
Please find below the sanitary protocol which is imposed by the state in order to be able to welcome you from August 9th 2021.

For the hotel :

  • Wearing a mask is mandatory when you are outside your room
  • When you stay in our hotel, there is no need for a health pass
  • For breakfast or dinner the sanitary pass is compulsory, so on arrival if you wish to have breakfast you will be asked to justify that you are in possession of this Sanitary Pass.

At the bar to consume, the Sanitary Pass is compulsory:

  • It is mandatory whether indoors or outdoors
  • When you enter the establishment, you will be asked if you have a Health Pass
  • When the order is taken, it will be checked 
  • There are not enough of us to check it as soon as you enter, so we rely on your good faith and respect for the protocol we are bound by.
  • You will also be asked to fill in the attendance booklet or to scan the QRcode at the cash desk so that we can contact you if you are ever contacted after your visit.

 

For the Restaurant, the Sanitary Pass is mandatory:

  • It is mandatory whether indoors or outdoors
